As a very general estimate, two pounds of muscle per month is about what a guy can expect if he is training and eating correctly, and has pretty decent genetics. This may not sound like much, but putting on 24 pounds of solid beef in one year will give you a whole new physique that is radically different than the one you have now. Yes, it would be great if you could get those results in 4-6 months, but without taking dangerous anabolic steroids that just is not possible.
